Please Note:
If you are looking to download plug-in's for HomeSeer, or would like to update your HomeSeer or HomeSeer Phone application to the latest version, use the HomeSeer Updater. Select Updates from the HomeSeer Help menu and follow the prompts. You must be using HomeSeer version 1.6 or later.

Download a free trial version of HomeSeer. This download will expire 30 days after you first run the software. You can purchase an "UnLock" key from our site by purchasing the HomeSeer from our site. We'll ship you the CD, which will include the unlock key to convert the trial software to the full retail version.

You may also use this download to upgrade version 1.5 or earlier of HomeSeer to the latest version. If you have already installed version 1.6.0 or later, you can upgrade by selecting "updates" from the HomeSeer help menu.

When installing the software, select "Typical" install unless you own HomeSeer Phone. Performing a "Custom" install will install both HomeSeer and HomeSeer Phone 1.0 by default. To install HomeSeer Phone 2.0, first install HomeSeer 1.0 using this installer, then select "Updates" from the HomeSeer Help menu to install HomeSeer 2.0.

HomeSeer Phone:
To install HomeSeer Phone 1.0 or 2.0, download the HomeSeer installer above and select "HomeSeer with HomeSeer Phone" as the install option. This will install HomeSeer Phone 1.0. To install HomeSeer Phone 2.0, select "Updates" from the HomeSeer Help menu.

If you have the HomeSeer PCI Voice Modem, the driver is located on the CD that came with HomeSeer Phone, or you can download it here.

HomeSeer Command Line application:

This small exe program will you to control some aspects of HomeSeer from the Windows command line. This includes the ability to trigger events, send X10 commands, and speak. This application is free and requires HomeSeer to be running.

HomeSeer CM17A ActiveX Control:

Download HomeSeer's free ActiveX Control for the CM17A FireCracker module. With this control you can easily create your own applications using the inexpensive CM17A. The download will install the ActiveX Control and a sample application to get your started. The download also includes the source code to the control. This control is totally FREE and distributed without restrictions.

Download HomeSeer's FREE ActiveX Control HomeSeer ActiveX. This control is free for personal use. This control is at version 3.0.7. See the support page for details on any changes.
