For Your TCM-2W
IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY RUNNING 2.29 OR EARLIER FIRMWARE, YOU MUST HAVE YOUR TCM-2W CIRCUIT BOARD FACTORY MODIFIED PRIOR TO INSTALLING 2.40D THROUGH 2.43D SOFTWARE AND FIRMWARE.

Send your TCM-2W to: JDS Technologies, 12200 Thatcher Court, Poway, CA 92064-6876, USA.
You need only send the TimeCommander circuit board (remove the rear panel screws and slide out the board and rear panel. You can leave the rear panel attached). Wrap the board in "static free" packaging first, then other protective wrapping.

Include a note requesting "Modification 2.43d for TCM-2W" along with the following information:
  1. Name, return address (no P.O. Box) and daytime phone number. Include your E-mail address if you have one.
  2. Visa Card, MasterCard, or Discover Card number, expiration date, and name(s) on the card, for payment.
  3. Method (UPS or Fed Ex) and speed (Overnight, Ground, etc.) of return shipment you prefer.
The 2.43d modification cost is $50.00 per board plus shipping. The board will be returned with new software (WinEVM setup disk 2.43d) and firmware. Turn around time is typically 48 hours (depending on day received) plus return shipping time.

For Your TCM-2W
IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY RUNNING 2.40D SOFTWARE AND FIRMWARE, YOU MUST INSTALL 2.43D FIRMWARE PRIOR TO INSTALLING 2.43D SOFTWARE.

2.43d upgrade includes 1 replacement EPROM, 2.43d software disk and installation instructions. It is available for purchase at $25.00 each plus shipping.

  1. Name, return address (no P.O. Box) and daytime phone number. Include your E-mail address if you have one.
