Includes basic Door Announcer sensor but with a built-in radio transmitter. The deluxe set also includes a receiver, which can pick up the sensor's radio signals from top to 300 feet away. The deluxe set is great for monitoring the door from another room or from across an extremely large room or warehouse. The receiver mimics the sound of the door sensor.

Available Models
Basic Stand Alone 30061: Sensor with built-in audible chime/alarm.
Deluxe Set 30052: Includes basic sensor described above but with a built-in radio transmitter. The receiver mimics the sound of the door sensor.
How it Works
Door Announcer's patented magnetometer senses a change in the door's orientation when the door is moved. Unlike reed switch technology, Door Announcer does not require a separate magnet to be mounted on the door jamb. The receiver included in the deluxe model will flash a red light and either chime or sound the alarm when the sensor is moved.
Mode Setting:

- Chime Mode: Door unit will CHIME and deluxe receiver will CHIME
- Alarm Mode: Door unit will ALARM and deluxe receiver will ALARM
- Silent Mode: No sound at door unit and deluxe receiver will CHIME
Sensor uses 2 included 2025 type lithium batteries (average battery life: one year)
Receiver uses included 120VAC input/12VDC output adapter. In alarm mode, siren sound lasts for 45 seconds.
Easy Installation
Attach the sensor with the included double-stick tape or two screws. For the deluxe model, plug the receiver into any standard electrical wall outlet.
