Product Description
The Home Guard is a simple to use home temperature monitor and callout alarm in a table top package. The Home Guard will monitor the temperature and power wherever it is located, and make telephone calls to up to two telephone numbers if the temperature goes below 45 degrees or if the power goes out for more than five minutes.
The Home Guard is a complete home temperature alarm and monitor with temperature sensor and rechargeable battery backup. Nothing else to buy!

Don't want telephone solicitors to know that you are away for the winter when they call and hear the monitor answer and report the temperature?
Order the DTA (Disabled Temperature Annunciation) version to prevent the Home Guard from "broadcasting" the temperature when it answers the phone.
If you have already purchased your Home Guard call us and we can add the DTA option over the phone.
With DTA option enabled, the Home Guard will ask for the PIN number before reporting the temperature. This option is now included by default on all VM500's!
