Series 140 Structured Media Enclosure. Same as the 47605-H14.
Used with Leviton’s Structured Media™ enclosures (SMCs), the hinged covers open 180° and can be easily mounted for left- or right-side opening, providing easy access for frequent adds, moves and changes. For additional security, and to discourage tampering, Leviton also offers an optional lock and key set.

- Powder-coated white cover features a 3/4" overlap to hide irregular drywall cuts.
- Multiple knock-outs on top and
bottom including two new 2" knockouts
on top, facilitate cable entry
and routing.
- Combine two or more enclosures for
larger installations or future expansion.

mounting single gang J-Box kit

This 14" professional-grade whole-house media enclosure creates one distribution point in the home for all low voltage cables. The SMC-140 is ideal for MDU's (Multiple Dwelling Units, such as condos and apartments) or more modest homes requiring limited audio/video/voice and data configurations. It will accommodate two Pre-Configured Structured Cabling Panels. The sturdy design and functionality facilitate installation, reducing job-site labor costs, and making it ideal for essential home networking.
Enclosures with covers are sold separately or as part of a kit that includes the Pre-Configured Structured Cabling Panel of your choice. UL Listed. CSA Pending.
