Designed to amplify the full range of available TV bands from both off-air antenna and CATV systems. The CVT-40BID includes variable attenuation to reduce overdriving and variable tilt compensation to allow large systems to be properly balanced. The CVT-38BID is the heart of any large RF distribution system.
Features
- 50dBmV output level
- 5-42MHz return path
- 54-1000MHz frequency range
- 0-20dB gain control
- 0-20dB tilt control
- Internal power supply
Tech Note: When combined with an external splitter use 75ohm termination on unused ports. Cable modems should be fed from a splitter ahead of the CVT-38BID for best performance.

About Channel Vision RF Amplifiers
Channel Vision broadband distribution amplifiers are designed to amplify signals in the 40-1000MHz frequency range. The gain control (CVT-35IA) makes them flexible enough to be used in both large and small CATV/MATV systems in metropolitan or suburban areas. The Tilt adjustment (CVT-35IA) provides a wide range (20dB) of adjustment to compensate for varying situations.
