Included Extended Range External Antenna:

How it Works:
RF signals are generated
by X10 compatible remote devices: palmpad remotes, key chain remotes,
HawkEye motion detectors, and others. These signals are received by
a quarter wave whip antenna and presented to a
very sensitive 310Mhz receiver internal to the UPB572 module. This data
is then mapped to specified UPB addresses, Link ID, Direct ID and Network ID.
The correct command is then sent to a UPB PIM which in turn broadcasts
to the household power wiring in the UPB format.
Any lamp module or other UPB device that has a matching address will then
respond to the command that originated when you pushed a key on your PalmPad.
UPB572 Features:
- Receives all 256 house/unit code addresses
- Supports UPB link mode, up to 64 LIDs
- Supports direct mode, up to 256 DIDs with bright, dim, on & off commands
- External antenna package for maximum range
(included!)
- Custom command mapping via configuration
program:
Please note: The UPB572 requires a UPB PIM to connect to a UPB power line network to function,
which is sold separately.
