The XSC17 Kit includes the XSC15 compact color video camera that plugs into any "RCA" style A/V inputs on a monitor of your choice. It is powered from the included plug-in power supply and connected with the included adapter cables. You can place it anywhere you want to monitor Video/Audio and run the 60ft. cord to your monitor.

Included in the Indoor/Outdoor Camera Kit Model XSC17 are the
XSC15 Camera, Adapter Cables and Power Supply (PT31A).
The Kit attaches easily to any "RCA" style inputs on a Video/
Audio monitor of your choice.
Installation
1. Plug the video plug on the adapter cable into the yellow Video In jack on
the monitor of your choice, or TV (with A/V inputs).
2. Plug the XSC15’s plug into the video adapter.
3. Plug the audio jack into either audio socket (usually red or white) on the
monitor of your choice.
4. Connect the adapter cable’s power plug to the power supply adapter
cable.
5. Plug the power supply (PT31A) into any 120V AC outlet.
6. Attach the camera to a wall in the location you want to monitor using the
mounting bracket (supplied). Mount it with the cable coming out of the
bottom.
Note: you can extend the wire from the camera using 24 AWG twisted pair
copper Cat 3 wire (up to 1000 feet), with minimal signal loss. Attach a 6
conductor telephone receptacle to the each end of the wire. It is important
that you reverse the connections on one of the modular telephone receptacles
as show below. i.e. pin 1 goes to pin 6, pin 2 goes to pin 5, and so on.
You can also use the camera with X10 PRO's 2.4 GHz Video Sender RVK35. This
lets you transmit the picture and sound to a monitor/TV up to 100 feet away.
