The CR230 is a powerline carrier coupler repeater for distributing Powerline Control signals to both phases of power. The repeater is designed to be connected to a split/single power system and repeat transmissions from either phase locally onto both connected phases. On application of power the CR230 will analyze the power connections to determine the phase order. When the repeater has determined a functional condition the READY LED will come on. The repeater is now ready to operate. When the repeater receives a valid start code on any phase, it will lock onto that phase and receive the remainder of the packet. When the packet is complete, the repeater will retransmit the data onto both connected phases and indicate this retransmission with the TRANSMIT LED. If the repeater receives an invalid or corrupted PCC packet it will wait for new data. Ready and Transmit LED's in the cover indicate
operation.
