The Learn Mode™ Carbon Monoxide (CO) alarm detects hazardous levels of CO gas. If a dangerous concentration of gas is detected, a red indicator light turns on and an internal siren is activated.
The CO alarm also transmits an alarm signal to the control panel within 15 seconds of detecting CO gas (see Figure 1). The control panel activates its own sirens and reports the alarm to the central monitoring station (if the system is monitored).
