How it Works
When the telephone is picked up the green LED light will come on - indicating the phone line is free to use. During the call you will know instantly know if someone else picks up another extension. The green LED light will go out - and the telephone line will appear to be dead when someone else is trying to listen in. The phone call is blocked until the Privacy Monitor is switched to the "off" position or the other extension is hung up.
