CareTaker™
Provides notification of a temperature change in your home by phone.
How It Works:
When you call home CareTaker will answer and immediately hang up if one of the sensors has been triggered. The temperature sensor will trigger if the temperature drops below 45°F.

|
If the low temperature, power loss, or flooding sensors have not been triggered, your phone will continue ringing as normal, so you will not have to pay for a long-distance call.
Features

- CareTaker does not require an external power source; it uses the current supplied from the telephone line.
- CareTaker is extremely easy to install; just plug into the telephone jack.
- Optional accessories are needed to monitor power loss and flooding.
