It ideal for seeing who is at the front door, pool, garage, or nursery. You simply touch the Video icon and select one of the six cameras for display. It can automatically display the front door camera when the doorbell rings and the pool camera if motion is detected in the pool area. Also, pressing and holding the camera selection button next to the video image can release a door strike to let your visitor in!

OmniTouch with Video has all of the features of our award-winning OmniTouch, plus the ability to see digital video of up to 6 cameras.
It is ideal for seeing who is at the front door, pool, garage or nursery. You simply touch the Video icon and select one of the 6 cameras for display. The screen will show the video image in a window with the 6 camera selection buttons. Tapping the image brings it to full screen, tapping it again brings it back to the video window. There are brightness and contrast controls for each of the 6 cameras.
Several commands have been added to the Omni family and Lumina family home control systems which allow control of the video feature. For example, it can automatically display the front door camera when the doorbell rings, and the pool camera if motion is detected in the pool area. Also, pressing and holding the camera selection button next to the video image can release a door strike to let your visitor in!
The video capabilities complement HAI’s complete home control systems. OmniTouch with Video can control lights, security (Omni family systems only), macros, temperatures, multi-room audio and video cameras via easy-to-recognize icons, making it extremely versatile and unmatched for high performance at its low price.
OmniTouch with Video connects to HAI's Touchscreen Hub and Power Supply and HAI Video Encoder . Power, data and video is provided over a single Category 5 connection. Video frame rate is approx. 4 frames per second.
The unit features a 3.9 inch color, touch sensitive LCD screen with backlighting that adjusts automatically to ambient lighting conditions and turns off when not in use. The two-color LED offers status at a glance, and there are selectable keyclick and beeper functions.
OmniTouch with Video Touchscreens are truly "plug and play" devices, which makes them easy to install. They don't require any programming and configure themselves.
The touchscreen unit mounts flush with the wall, and is supplied with a white, ivory, and almond faceplate that is a slim 3/8 inch for an elegant built-in look.
Audio Control
An OmniTouch with Video may be used with an OmniPro II or Lumina Pro home control system to interface with Russound (shown at right) and NuVo audio distribution systems. Select and distribute music from any audio source to different rooms in your house simultaneously and independently. You can control on/off, volume, muting, transports, audio source, and many other functions for each audio zone.

HAI's Touchscreen Hub and Power Supply (Various HAI Part Numbers) supports up to eight OmniTouch with Video touchscreens.
OmniTouch with Black Faceplate HAI offers other OmniTouch Accessories such as a Replacement Power Supply, a black faceplate, and an OmniTouch Trim Ring used to retrofit an OmniTouch into the space used by the discontinued HAI Model 11A00-2 Flush Console.
