HAI 600 Watt UPB™ Dimmer Switch

The 600 Watt UPB™ Non-Dimming Switch is used for controlling loads up to 600 Watts. It comes with a default white paddle, connectors, and instructions.

Features
|
- Requires a neutral (white) connection wire.
- In you are using an HAI home control system with your switch you must install an UPB™ PIM & cable (HAI Part Number 36A00-1).
- In you are using the HAI Upstart Configuration software you must install an UPB™ PIM & cable (HAI Part Number 36A00-1) and a cable to connect your PIM to a computer (HAI Part Number 36A05-2).

These 600W switches use heavy duty components and UPB communication technology for professional strength, reliability, and the ability to be remotely controlled by UPB™ compatible home control systems. They work over existing house wiring for easy installation in renovations, retrofits, and upgrades and are UL-Listed.
These 600W Non-Dimming switches are for loads like compact fluorescent and high efficiency lighting fixtures that should not be dimmed.
The HAI UPB™ 600W Switch is capable of being set to a dimming mode (see Configuration Software below).
The 600 Watt UPB™ Non-Dimmer Switch works as a standalone switch or may be used with other HAI Products, including Room Controllers, House Controllers, and home control systems to provide sophisticated lighting control.

Switch LED
The 600W switch comes with equipped with a multi-color LED indicator, which may be set to off, blue, red, or magenta. The default settings are as follows:
Switch is off - LED is blue Switch is on - LED is off
You may change these default colors by using the HAI UPB™ UPStart configuration software (see below).
De-rating
In three-gang installations the switch must be de-reated to 500W.

Configuration Software
You may change the function of this dimming switch to be non-dimming or vice-versa using the HAI UPB™ UPStart configuration software. This software also allows you to change the colors on the switch's LED and the rate that it brightens to fully on or dims to fully off.
Colors
This switch comes with a default white paddle, connectors, and instructions.
Switch Color Change Kits (HAI Part Number 35A14-color codeCS) are available in White (WH), Almond (AL), Black (BL), Ivory (IV), Brown (BR), and Grey (GR) colors.
