Overview x10
A Room Controller allows you to control HLC switches in a room or area. Lights may be turned on, off, dimmed, brightened, or set to four different scenes to provide limitless options to bring security and aesthetic lighting into your home.

A Room Controller is an optional device in an HLC installation. It is capable of controlling up to 7 UPB™ switches.

Room Controllers use heavy duty components and UPB UPB™ communication technology for professional strength, reliability, and the ability to be remotely controlled by UPB™ compatible home control systems. They work over existing house wiring for easy installation in renovations, retrofits, and upgrades and are UL-Listed.

HLC Logo Room Controllers may act as standalone devices to create simple lighting control or be used in an Omni family or Lumina family home control system as part of sophisticated lighting control.

Adding a home control system gives you the ability to change your light settings by the time of day, a set schedule, by the triggering of events (including motion), via a telephone call, or by a computer connected to the Internet.

HAI's Lumina family of home control systems was specifically designed for lighting control. If you are looking for a home control system that includes security, HAI's Omni family of home control systems can provide the lighting control you need.
