Screen Capture Module (Includes Audio Webcast Module)
The iVISTA screen capture module allows you to stream a dynamic view of whatever is appearing on the host computer's monitor. There is no control of the host computer ceded to the viewer in this arrangement. For graphic arts, and CAD/CAM applications this represents groundbreaking functionality. Allowing you to share your ideas and designs with your customers or colleagues even if they do not have a copy of your design software installed on the viewing PC. In addition, this could be a fantastic tool for technical support, decreasing the frustration and length of time it takes to solve a problem by viewing it live with the user.

Java Viewer
Live video and audio...from anywhere! No downloads, No Plug-ins, No Hassles!
The platform independence provided by iVISTA's Java applet means that iVISTA-generated video and audio can be viewed on any Java-enabled Internet connection point: PC, Mac, Unix workstation, airport kiosk, etc. The viewer needs only the transmitter's Internet address (URL) in order to view. No player, downloads, or plug-in is required to receive the video and audio stream.
The small size of iVISTA's Java applet (16K-35K) allows the viewer to see iVISTA video within seconds of making the connection. In addition, our proprietary code allows iVISTA to stream only the elements in each image that change from frame to frame. Thus, streaming speed is vastly improved over previous versions, even with a dial up modem. Viewers can reasonably expect from 3 to 20 frames-per-second streaming rates, depending on their hardware and Internet connection.
In addition to the ease of use and speed, this powerful little applet is bi-directional. By rolling the mouse over the applet window the viewer can access the applet controls by clicking the iVISTA logo. Within the applet the viewer can easily adjust their resolution and compression rate.
The iVISTA applet is also able to determine the location and language of the viewer and automatically translates the entire applet into 16 languages English, Arabic, Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Hebrew, Korean, Italian, Japanese, Norwegian, Portuguese, Spanish, Simplified Chinese, Swedish, and Traditional Chinese. according to the locale. Recording
Recording is a unique feature that allows you to save a series of JPEG images/frames in a specific location on the same machine hard drive as the Inetcam software is installed. This may, for example, be useful to create a time lapse photography record of an event, or to view changing light and weather conditions.

Wireless
iVISTA now supports the new WAP (Wireless Application Protocol), i-mode cell phone protocols, and the Palm handheld and PocketPC PDA mobile computing devices.
This cutting-edge wireless technology is evolving everyday and Inetcam's technologists are constantly adding features and honing speed, quality, and usability.
Notes:
WAP technology is currently being deployed in the USA. In Europe, WAP technology has been in service for 2 years thus far. When choosing a cellular provider for this feature, make sure you acquire service and equipment that is WAP text and graphics enabled. Many providers and handsets only support WAP text mode and this alone will not allow you to view Inetcam streaming video.
i-mode, the Asian equivalent to WAP, is currently available in Japan. Again, be sure there is text and graphic modes available.
The Palm and PocketPC PDA devices can utilize iVISTA features via HotSyncing with ones PC and using services such as those provided by AvantGo: www.avantgo.com.
Finally, many Palm and PocketPC PDA devices have optional wireless modems that will allow for the viewing of live video and or prerecorded clips from iVISTA...all while being completely remote.
Please check back often as more information and specifications are released about this exciting iVISTA wireless module.
