This is an Extra Receiver for anywhere in your home or office, sounding a tone when triggered by a Reporter transmitter. If desired, the receiver can be used to activate an external alarm system, doorbell, buzzer, light, or other accessories. Additional transmitters are also available.

If you have a Reporter Wireless Driveway Alert System in place at your home or business, you're already being alerted whenever people or vehicles arrive. The Reporter's transmitter sends a signal up to 1200 feet away to its receiver to alert you inside the house. Now you can expand the Reporter's capabilities by installing an Extra Receiver anywhere in the home; there is no limit to the number of receivers that can receive the transmitter's signal. The Extra Receiver can be powered by the included power supply or wirelessly via a 9-volt battery.
