The intercom is easy to use. Just hold down the "talk" button, and every intercom unit in the network will receive the signal. When somebody responds by holding down his own "talk" button, a secure channel is created; no other unit will receive the signal, and no one else will be able to hear your conversation.
The Reporter's advanced system features four channel selections. Broadcast to all channels simultaneously or speak to one party through the automatically secured link. The system can always be left on. Additional features include adjustable volume.
Extra tabletop Reporter wireless intercoms are also available and sold separately. These can be added to your intercom network in the same manner as any additional Flushmount Intercoms. For outdoor use, install a weather-resistant Reporter Outdoor Intercom Unit.
