The Reporter Outdoor Intercom Unit can communicate with any Reporter wireless intercom within range. Start with the Reporter Wireless Intercom Kit or Reporter Flushmount Intercom Kit and add-on an unlimited number of portable and/or flushmount wireless intercoms. Since there is no limit to the number of intercoms that can be used, you can include one in each room of your home.
This outdoor wireless intercom is easy to use. Just hold down the "talk" button, and every intercom unit in the network will receive the signal. When somebody responds by holding down his own "talk" button, a secure channel is created; no other unit will receive the signal, and no one else will be able to hear your conversation.
The Reporter's advanced system features four channel selections. Broadcast to all channels simultaneously or speak to one party through the automatically secured link. Multiple private conversations can occur simultaneously without interfering with one another. The system can always be left on. Additional features include adjustable volume and hands-free answering.
