Every Panasonic Voice Processing System gives you and your employees a private voice-mailbox with the ability to record 100 messages per box. You can pre-program these versatile voice processors to give callers a menu of departments and have the system route all incoming calls. You can have the system provide callers with answers to commonly asked questions. Or have a receptionist answer calls and forward messages directly to a voice-mailbox. But that's just the beginning.
When integrated with KX-TA624 Advanced Hybrid Telephone System:

- Additional features include pager notification, call forwarding, live call screening, automatic message forwarding and copy message to another mailbox
- Available Caller ID features include Caller ID Name Announce which identifies the caller verbally, Caller ID Personal Greeting which allows specific greetings for up to 4 telephone numbers, and Caller ID Routing which automatically routes up to 120 numbers to a specific mailbox, extension or custom service
- Fax detection routes fax tones to appropriate extension without the need for a dedicated line
- Custom service allows callers one-digit access to extensions, information announcements or other system features

- Live Call Screening puts an end to unsolicited phone calls It allows you to listen to callers while they leave a message in your mailbox. If the calls important, pick up and start talking. If it's a junk call-- let the voice message system handle it.
- Remote Live Call Screening means you no longer have to be chained to your desk. As with regular Live Call Screening, it lets you listen to calls -- but remotely over a cordless phone handset*. When the important call comes, just push a button and start talking.
*Cordless phone must be plugged into Panasonic Proprietary Phone with XDP jack.

- Intercom Paging. When away from your desk your incoming calls are placed on hold, and you are notified over the intercom system that there's a call for you. Simply pick up the phone, dial a code and start talking.
