The UPB Slave Base is capable of communicating with UPB plug-in modules, switches, and/or other UPB devices (sold separately) to control virtually anything that can be connected to existing wiring anywhere in the home. The UPB Slave Base offers 200 dimming steps as well as a resume dim feature for attractive lighting ambiance as well as the flexibility you deserve. It is not recommended that this switch be used with non-dimmable lighting or with appliances. Features:

Slave switch body for 3 and 4 way applications
Uses the single and dual rocker keypads
Can also be used with the SAUFD30 and SAUFR30 fixture modules, plus slave connections to the SAURD30 receptacle module
Companion dimmer switch uses UPB technology for exceptional reliability
Interchangeable rocker assemblies provide for easy upgrades
Multiple companion switches can be added for multi-way control of a single light
