The PAM22 Appliance Module is designed to control loads with the following ratings:
- Resistive load: 15A
- Motor load: 1/3 HP
- Incandescent load: 500W
- TV/Stereo: 400W

The module is available in two plug formats: two-pin (PAM21) and three-pin grounded (PAM22).

Setting up the Appliance Module
|
- Set the Unit Code dial to an unused code which can be controlled from the Security Remote (switches 1-4 control Unit Codes 1-4) or any other desired X10 controller.
- Plug an appliance into the Appliance Module and plug the Appliance Module into a convenient AC outlet.
Local control
The Appliance Module Includes circuitry to sense the appliances own on/offswitch to turn the appliance on locally. To switch the appliance on, turn the appliance's switch off then on again.
