This TX series supervised wireless smoke detector is self-diagnostic, meaning fewer chances of a nuisance alarm, and includes an integrated "Learn Mode" 319.5 MHz crystal transmitter, which reduces installation time. Automatic drift compensation further reduces the chance of a nuisance alarm. Cleaning the unit is easy with the replaceable optical chamber. The included two 3V Lithium batteries offer long battery life. When the batteries get low, a pre-alert is sent to the central station before the sounder chirps. A mounting base tamper switch sends trouble condition if smoke alarm is removed, reducing liability.
