Three Ways to Order

We provide three convenient ways for you to place your order with SmartHomeUSA.com: secure shopping cart, FAX and phone.

  1. Netsuite Shopping Cart System
  2. Our server utilizes the industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Data transmitted through the SSL is encrypted so that no one can intercept it. You will be automatically transferred to secure mode when you are in the Shopping Cart and Checkout areas of the site. A lock will appear on the status bar at the bottom of the browser screen when you enter secure mode.

    To use the Cart, just click the "Add to Cart" button next to the item you want to purchase. The item you selected will be displayed in the cart. To add another item, click "continue shopping", browse to it and click "Add to Cart". Both items will be displayed in the cart. NOTE: To change your order while shopping, revise the quantity of the items in the Cart, and click "recalculate" or select "Clear Cart."

    Proceed to "Checkout" when done shopping. Complete the "Returning Customer" E-Mail & Password section to reduce data entry on your next visit. NOTE: A password must be 6-16 alphanumeric characters, begin with an alphabetic character, and contain at least one digit. Save your password for your next visit to this site.

    Fill out the appropriate fields and click "Submit" to finalize your order. Your order will be sent securely to the SmartHomeUSA.com server. The final page you view will say "Thank You for Your Order" and provides you an order confirmation number. You will also receive an E-Mail confirmation of the order.

  3. FAX Your Order
  4. To FAX your order, use our Fax Order Form and fill in the appropriate fields. You will need to know the part numbers and prices of the items you wish to order. Print the order form and fax it to us at 631-724-7145 any time of day.

  5. Phone Your Order
  6. Call 1-888-843-9103 or 631-361-3600 Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00am and 6:00pm Eastern Time to place your order verbally. We will be happy to assist you with product selection.




 

Forms of Payment
We accept all credit and debit cards, as well as checks (with clearing time) and money orders. We now also accept PAYPAL for all transactions (simply click the "Checkout with Paypal" button during checkout). If paying by mail, send to us directly at the address below. Returns / Replacements / Money-Back Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your items in their original condition, within 30 days of purchase, for an exchange or refund.
  • Returns for refund must be requested within 30 days of purchase
  • Defective items covered under the manufacturer's warranty will be repaired or replaced. Manufacturer's warranty is usually 1-2 years after purchase; please call to verify.
  • All clearance sales are final, unless the product is defective.
  • Due to copyright restrictions, books, manuals, and software may not be returned unless the product is defective.
TO MAKE ANY RETURN, you must first obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Please note:
  • A minimum 15% restocking fee will be imposed on any item not returned in the original condition it was received. This includes lost or damaged packaging, manuals, accessories or wiring.
  • Any costs incurred while shipping returns are the purchaser's responsibility.
  • The return authorization number must appear on all packages and paperwork in connection with the return or your shipment may be refused.
  • You may opt to temporarily pay for an advanced replacement of a defective item. We will refund that cost as soon as the defective item is received.
  • Credit card purchases can be refunded to the original credit card number only. Purchases made with checks, cash or money orders will be refunded by check.  PayPal purchases will be refunded via PayPal to the purchaser's account. Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for processing of all refunds.
  • Issuance of a return authorization does not bind the SmartHomeUSA to accept the return. Final decision shall be made after SmartHomeUSA has inspected the returned product.
  • Products no longer part of our current product line must be returned to the original manufacturer for warranty replacement or repair.

  • In no event will SmartHomeUSA be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the inability to use the product.
