Order Fulfillment Policy
You will not be charged until your order is confirmed and your shipment initiated!
Orders are fulfilled during normal business hours. Please allow up
to 24 to 48 hours processing time for all items we currently have in stock.
Shipping Policies
- All orders going to P.O. boxes must be shipped via USPS.
- Any back orders will ship via Ground Delivery.
- Delivery of drop shipments from the manufacturer may take anywhere from
7 to 14 days. You may contact us to determine if your items will be drop
shipped.
- Oversized/Overweight: Any shipment 10lbs or greater, bulky
and/or oversized may incur an additional shipping charge. For upgraded
shipping options (Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day), you will be charged the
actual carrier shipping rate if the order is 10lbs or greater in weight, bulky, and/or oversized.
- Special Order Items: Items labeled "Special Order" on our website
are not stocked in our warehouse, and may take up to 7-14 days for delivery.
Orders for these items cannot be cancelled or returned once the order is
placed. Defective Special Orders may be returned for an exchange only.
Otherwise, a minimum 15% restocking charge will apply.

International Shipments
- Rates will be advised by weight and destination. You will be asked to
confirm your actual shipping charge by e-mail before we charge your order.
- SmartHomeUSA ships via USPS Air Parcel Post, unless otherwise requested.
- Delivery of international orders may take up to 7-14 days.
- All international shipments are insured, and a tracking number is
available upon request: Email
- Prices for shipping outsidfe the U.S. do not include any applicable
customs fees or value added tax (VAT) that may be charged by the carrier.
You may be required to pay these fees upon the delivery of your order.
- For your protection, International customers may be required to provide
valid ID with each order (you will be contacted).
