Linear Color Camera for RE-1 Residential Telephone Entry System allows you to view your visitors day or night.
Designed for integration into Linear’s Residential Telephone Entry System, this CCTV Color Camera provides a video signal for viewing the area in front of the system. It simply installs inside the access control system to give you color video of your visitors. With built-in infrared light emitters, the camera is day/night capable, capturing detailed images in both well-lit environments and low-light conditions. In daytime, the camera captures full-color images. In low-light conditions, such as dusk or dawn, the camera is capable of providing clear black/white video.

The camera is continuously powered by the access control system (sold separately). Focus has been factory adjusted to a range of three to four feet. No adjustment is needed. The RE-1 CAMERA jack is used to connect the camera to the main circuit board with the single ended modular cable supplied with the camera. This cable routes power to and video from the camera. The RE-1 VIDEO jack is the connection for a video cable with a Type "BNC" connector. Cable runs of up to 300 feet of 75-ohm RG-59 video cable are acceptable. Longer cable runs may require the use of a video amplifier.
